Tickets for individuals with disabilities may be purchased in several ways:
As with the general public seating, tickets for most Madison Square Garden events are available the first day of sale to individuals with disabilities via Ticketmaster phones, Ticketmaster.com, and MSG’s Disabled Services department. Tickets for concerts are not available for purchase at the MSG Box Office on the first day of sale. After the first day of sale, remaining concert tickets will be available at the Box Office, in addition to Ticketmaster phones, Ticketmaster.com, and Madison Square Garden’s Disabled Services department. If the first day of ticket sales is on a weekend or holiday, the Disabled Services department will sell tickets on the following business day. Please be advised that sale dates are subject to change.
Individuals with disabilities may purchase up to three seats for companions in the accessible seating areas, provided such seats are available. Additional tickets, if available, may be purchased as close to the accessible seating areas, as long as it does not exceed the ticket limit for the event. Please note, for events or specific seating sections where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per patron, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating.
Accessible seating is intended for use by an individual with a mobility disability or other disability who requires the accessible features of accessible seating due to a disability, and that individual’s companions. Madison Square Garden reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of accessible seating and to take all appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. While tickets for accessible seating legitimately purchased for the use of an individual with disability may be transferred to another individual under the same terms and conditions applicable to other tickets, in the event such ticket is transferred to a non-disabled individual, The Garden reserves the right to transfer that individual to other available seating.
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. Additionally, in limited circumstances, the Disabled Services Department will accept US Postal Money Orders.

Money orders must be received by our office within five (5) business days of the order date or your reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notification. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. We encourage you to call our office to confirm the receipt of your payment.
Madison Square Garden is pleased to provide fully integrated accessible seating for individuals with disabilities and their guests. Guests with disabilities are encouraged to purchase their seats from the various disabled seating options and ticket prices provided.
While we encourage our guests with disabilities to purchase directly with Disabled Services, guests who have purchased non-accessible tickets at the Madison Square Garden Box Office or through Ticketmaster and need the features of an accessible seat are invited to contact Disabled Services as soon as the need for accessible seating arises or at a minimum 3 business days prior to an event, to request the exchange of their ticket, based on availability, for one that more appropriately meets their needs.
Disabled seating exchanges cannot be made for tickets purchased through other third parties, brokers or other sources.
All seating relocations are subject to availability. Madison Square Garden Disabled Services can be reached Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 4:30pm at 212-465-6034.
There are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit an individual with a disability from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event, please call us during business hours prior to the event taking place. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Madison Square Garden’s Disabled Services Department with your confirmation number and the event, date and time of the show. Upon verification, a Lost Ticket Voucher (LTV) will be arranged. The individual with a disability must pick up the LTV with valid identification, no earlier than one hour before show time, on the day of the event at The Garden Box Office. The original tickets will not be honored.
Groups that consist of nine (9) or more may contact the Group Sales Department directly during normal business hours at (212) 465-6080. Please be aware that a minimum of twenty (20) people is required to obtain discount pricing but varies by event. To better assist you, please inform the representative of the number of individuals with disabilities in your group and of any special accommodations they may need.

If you require the temporary removal of a fixed seat location in a Suite for a patron in a wheelchair, please contact the Disabled Services Department with the event date, time, Suite number and Suite owner’s/renter’s contact telephone number.
