Tickets for individuals with disabilities may be purchased in several ways:
Disabled seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities who require the features of accessible seating and their guests. Individuals with disabilities may transfer their tickets under the same terms and conditions as other patrons are permitted to transfer their tickets. Otherwise, the purchase or use of these accessible seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. If the individual with a disability cannot attend an event for which he/she has purchased tickets, please call the Disabled Services Department prior to the event taking place for further instructions.

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. Additionally, in limited circumstances, the Disabled Services Department will accept US Postal Money Orders.
Please make money orders payable to "Madison Square Garden" and print your name, address, telephone number and confirmation number on the money order. Send payment to our mailing address: Madison Square Garden, Disabled Services Department, 2 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10121
Money orders must be received by our office within five (5) business days of the order date or your reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notification. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. We encourage you to call our office to confirm the receipt of your payment.
There are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit an individual with a disability from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event, please call us prior to the event taking place. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Madison Square Garden’s Disabled Services Department with your confirmation number and the event, date and time of the show. Upon verification, a Lost Ticket Voucher (LTV) will be arranged. The individual with a disability must pick up the LTV with valid identification, no earlier than one hour before show time, on the day of the event at The Garden Box Office. The original tickets will not be honored.
Groups that consist of nine (9) or more may contact the Group Sales Department directly during normal business hours at (212) 465-6080. Please be aware that a minimum of twenty (20) people is required to obtain discount pricing but varies by event. To better assist you, please inform the representative of the number of individuals with disabilities in your group and of any special accommodations they may need.
MSG Tours are temporarily closed during The Transformation of Madison Square Garden. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and we look forward to sharing the state of the art arena with our guests following the completion of MSG’s Transformation. In the interim, you may visit the Stage Door Tour at Radio City Music Hall located at 50th Street and 6th Avenue. For more information, please visit www.radiocity.com/tours.
All Suites are wheelchair accessible, and have an accessible restroom. If you require the temporary removal of a fixed seat location in a Suite for a patron in a wheelchair, please contact the Disabled Services Department with the event date, time, Suite number and Suite owner’s/renter’s contact telephone number.
