For Personal Accounts, in which the Subscriber of Record is an individual, the subscription can only be transferred to an immediate family member by submitting a notarized letter of authorization signed by the current subscriber of record. Proof of family relation must accompany the notarized letter (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate or death certificate). If a company name is referenced on the account it is solely for informational or mailing purposes.
For Corporate Accounts, in which the Subscriber of Record is a company, the subscription name cannot be transferred to an individual person. Submitting a notarized letter of authorization can change the contact person of record, but the company remains the Subscriber of Record. The new contact person and a senior executive of the company must sign the letter of authorization.
A subscription can only have one individual's name listed on the account. The individual's name is either the Subscriber of Record or the contact person of record for a company subscription. "Care Of" names will not be allowed on any subscription accounts. Payment by someone other than the Subscriber of Record does not constitute ownership of the ticket license. A subscription will not be transferred to someone regardless of payment records provided by the subscriber or the person who actually paid for the subscription.

For Personal Accounts, in which the subscriber of record is an individual, address change requests must be signed by the Subscriber of Record and must be either notarized or accompanied by a valid photo I.D. (i.e. driver's license). Account Change requests received without the Subscriber of Records signature and a notary stamp or valid photo I.D. will not be accepted.
For Corporate Accounts, in which the subscriber of record is a company, address change requests must be notarized and must be submitted on company letterhead. Corporate address change requests should be signed by the account contact on record or by a senior executive of the company. Corporate account address change requests that fail to appear on company letterhead and that lack the appropriate signature and notary stamp will not be accepted.
All requests for address changes must be submitted in writing. Address change requests as well as the required documents can be faxed or mailed to the Subscriptions Department.
