Whether your group is located in the same building or spread across the region, with just a few clicks, they can respond to an offer and enjoy the show. Group members can select seats and receive their tickets electronically for printing at home, no waiting for tickets to arrive in the mail or Will Call.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Establish Your Group Offer

Work with a Group Sales Representative to select the show dates and seating location for your group. Each offer may include multiple shows and multiple seating locations upon request.  Seats will be held in a reserve for the group.

2. Getting Set Up

Showvite can be customized anywhere from a small gathering with family and friends up to larger corporate groups. You can choose to reserve a specific block of seats to ensure everyone sits together OR select best available seats at time of each purchase.

3. Invite Your Group

A Group Sales Representative will provide you with an online link to place on your group’s internal website or to include in an e-mail newsletter. Group members click on the link and they’re ready to purchase tickets.

4. Enjoy The Show

The best part about Showvite that our Reps will monitor your group & alert you when your event is close to selling out. Since the tickets are delivered via e-mail, ticket ordering deadlines can, in most cases, be closer to the show date, ensuring more participation from your group.  Without spending hours of administrative time to collect orders, money and pass out tickets, you can sit back and truly enjoy the show!
